Feelin’ Blah……bloated, sluggish, just over all gross?! Chances are if you’re feeling that way so is your liver, bowels, and brain. Sometimes vital organs just need flooded with super foods to wake them up!

I created this juice recipe to deliver all the nutrients we need daily. We all know how hard it is to eat our veggies, right?! This lean mean fighting machine of a juice has 8 different servings of super foods, that will cleanse the body and give you a TON of results:

  • Glowing skin
  • Decrease in inflammation
  • Less bloating
  • More energy
  • Revved up metabolism
  • Clearer mind

The best part of this juice is that you can make a BIG batch of it and separate it into containers so that all week long you can just grab one out of the refrigerator and go!

The Recipe

Using the large part of the blender (not the single serve cups) add:

  1. Approx. 2-3 cups of spinach
  2. 1 large cucumber- skin and all
  3. Handful of mint leaves
  4. The juice of 4 limes
  5. Half of a pineapple
  6. 1 banana
  7. 1 chunk of ginger, coarsely chopped
  8. 2 scoops of *wheatgrass

Add all the ingredients to the blender, then fill the blender half way with cold water. Blend until smooth.

TIP: to get your juice even smoother, use a single serve blender cup and in batches pour the juice from the large blender container into the single serve cup and blend again. Store the juice in mason jars and keep in the refrigerator up to 4-5 days. This way you have one serving of juice to drink Monday through Friday!

*Wheatgrass is a superfood I love to add to to my juices because of its powerful concentrated nutrient content. What this means is that drinking just 2 ounces of wheatgrass has the same nutrient value as 5 pounds of organic raw vegetables! So it pumps your body with high doses of essential vitamins, nutrients, enzymes and antioxidants to keep you feeling your healthiest and most alive. And it also detoxes your liver and blood. You can get wheatgrass powder at any health food store or on Amazon (just make sure its organic and high quality)!
